I have lived at Willamette Oaks for a year and a half. It is a great place to live, with beautiful landscaping, river views, and access to the bike path. The residents are interesting, friendly people. The food is very good. A wide variety of activities are offered, and the staff is consistently helpful and kind. I can’t imagine a senior residence that is better than this one.

I've been living at Willamette Oaks for about 9 months and absolutely love it! The staff (including management, maintenance, housekeeping, social programs and dining services) are not only attentive to our needs, but they provide an atmosphere of genuine interest in the lives of all who live here. A variety of programs is offered for residents' participation spanning from health & wellness improvement using the fitness facility to activities for overall enjoyment and amusement. Finally, the sense of community among all the residents is like living with an enormous family who care about each other. An atmosphere that is a step above and beyond.

Google Maps lists this as an assisted living facility, but it's not. It's actually an independent living but you can arrange for assisted living services to come in to help you if you need it. Excellent, caring staff. Beautifully kept grounds. I tried to suggest an edit but there isn't a label that matches.

My mom has been at WO since 2006 and at almost 101, she hopes to spend the rest of her life there. Although they have laundry rooms to use, she has a lady pick up her laundry and returns it the same day for a small fee. She exercises most weekdays, has her hair done in their beauty shop, plays Poker, Pokeno and Bingo, participates in a weekly drumming and percussion event, often attends the many music programs they offer in house, and has enjoyed having free transportation to grocery stores and cultural event around Lane County. The staff is very friendly and attentive to residents' needs, and the food is plentiful, nicely prepared and served. When we retire, we now know how good life can be in places like WO. We like to say that Mom is having a better time than we are, having so many in-house friends, entertainment, and services.

Such a wonderful place! The staff is attentive, friendly and extremely caring. I am so impressed with the location right on the river. The activities are engaging and everyone seems to love living here. I highly recommend this place!
