Very friendly staff-great price-clean and quit place —very comfortable room basic thing everthing available inside —definitely recommended to who have cheap budget looking -great place to stay —no issue any homeless—anything——

We booked online last minute trying to find a place to stay on a busy event weekend. We are not in town for events, we are here on an emergency family visit to Riverbend Hospital. There were absolutely no indications online that the reservations at Value Inn are non-refundable. Upon arriving, we see very obvious signs of deferred maintenance on the exterior of the motel. Broken windows, trash in the parking lot and the neighborhood itself is scary. Homeless folks gathered on the street corner. Not a safe place for children or families to stay at all! Refused to refund our money. I understand a cancelation fee is standard, but $176 is not ok. Lesson learned the hard way. NEGATIVE STARS. I gladly paid double for a clean, SAFE place to stay at the Super 8 in Springfield instead.

The room was clean and comfortable. It is right one the highway between Eugene and Junction City, but you really don't hear it from your room.

Quiet, nice and clean. Airpot right down the road. Even the fake flowers in the room were clean. I highly recommend.

Very rude man on the phone did not want to give us a quote because we said we have a service dog. Told him it is illegal to deny access for a service dog and he said ok and hung up.
Stay somewhere else where staff actually cares about their guests.
