I worked for this company since may when I started there were no bosses for me to report to and the ones that were there ignored the questions and suggestions so I put all my effort into doing things for a company with no direction I continued to work hard and I had family members pass away so I have been having a hard time the past few weeks but they fired me because I missed to many days after losing more than one family member it’s sad to know that their employees mean so much to them on top of that my grandma was waiting for a spot there but they denied her over and over even after she was already accepted well they pushed her off so much she ended up passing away before she could get somewhere more comfortable for her they had a whole month to bring her there

Although like other healthcare facilities there are staffing challenges, the staff display gentle and compassionate care. They seem willing to listen, and their concern is for the benefit of the client. They are careful to provide a safe environment.

great people took care of my mother after her stroke and now my uncle. went up to see him and all moms caregivers that were working today came in to say hi and see how she has been. it was lovely!!!

I highly recomend this facility for your loved ones. They took great care of my stepdad while he was there, and they were awesome with us too. ALL the therapists, nurses, audes and hospice at the end were the best, the always were smiling abd helpful when needed. I do think they need more staff, the are overworked in my opinion but they don't show it. Thank you all for all you did for John and us.

To start with, I am very dissatisfied with the care. My dad was sent for rehab and physical therapy after having major hip surgery. I will commend them. But the personal care is not. First off, his toilet was plugged up in early morning and was not fixed till evening. To top it off,left BM splattered all over toilet and floor. Family had to clean it up. Don’t know where CNA’s are, never to be found. Dad has been there a week,no bed bath, no shower. Yep, family again. They don’t even brush his dentures- again family. Oh boy, they come straighten his bed. I was CNA for 30 years andthis is the sorriest bunch. Where’s the med-aides? Evening meds? Might be 8pm, might be midnight. Are you kidding me? You better not have a bladder control problem but can usually make it to the toilet. They might show up 1/2 hour later. I wouldn’t send my dog to this facility. I am really concerned about folks that have no family and are admitted here.I am just livid. Oh and the plugged toilet was for 3 days. I’m so angry I can’t even think.
