Passive aggressive attitude from the impatient sandwich artists today. Pretended to toast my sandwich but never turned on the heat. I haven't been here in a while, sorry if I inconvenienced you because I needed a minute to look at the menu.
I'm not very enthused about the new series menu. There is too much of the stuff I don't like. Otherwise, it's still a sub sandwich. Bought 5 footlong subs for the family, nothing fancy and it cost over $ 75.00! That is ridiculous. A sandwich should never cost more than $10, just saying, not good enough product for the cost
This was my BLT today. Doesn’t even have lettuce and tomato…. Hardly any cheese. Didn’t see it until we got all the way home 15 minutes away. What a joke. Won’t be back
1/15/2023 4:45 pm Entered store and immediately was greeted by Josiah and another female employee behind the counter. No customers. Both these young people were exceptional with their customer service. Josiah was cleaning dining area and asked as I was leaving which door I was going to exit and immediately made his way there to open the door for me. Through this whole experience these employees treated me like a Queen AND were smiling sincerely the whole time. This hasn’t been my first encounter with these young employees. Will I go back? Of course absolutely 🌸 these employees are top notch, need kudos and a raise….a huge asset to Subway.
Was delighted with the young man who made my sandwich! I believe his name was Gavin. He did an excellent job! He was friendly and helpful, did everything with a smile on his face! 😊
