We stayed in 3 different places while in Eugene. The Riverpath Inn had the most comfortable bed and the biggest room. However, the other 2 places we stayed were only $5-17 more and had private bathrooms and breakfasts. I think for a long stay I would choose the Riverpath Inn because you could make use of all the common areas, including a pretty large kitchen. But for a one night stay like ours, we felt it didn’t deliver as fully on value.

Was disappointed with our stay at Riverpath Inn. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! Had ample room for our group, but lacked living room furniture, only had 4 chairs and two 2-person couch that folded our to small beds. All the furniture was very uncomfortable.
Kitchen was pretty well stocked, lacked a can opener and no information on where extra garbage bags, paper towels and cleaning supplies were.
Pot rack over stove and kitchen ceiling fan were disgusting and need cleaned.
Note by thermostat stated "do not adjust temperature. " Never have stayed in a place, especially for what we paid, that we couldn't adjust the temperature. Main level windows were painted shut.
Even had to pay a cleaning fee when making the reservation, but was left instructions on starting a load of towels before leaving. Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for?
Only bathroom on main level was accessible through a bedroom.
Bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds were VERY VERY comfortable. Not much water pressure in the showers.
Parking is okay for four vehicles, but if paying for a place you should be able to park in front of the garage.
Upstairs doors to balcony were padlock shut, don't understand why. Most places have an information manual on all aspects of the home. This place had nothing.
House is located near a nice park and walking path, but also near railroad tracks. Could hear the train horn all Friday night. If you are a light sleeper, this isn't a place for you.
Would not recommend or every stay here again.

Very nice inn located in Eugene Oregon. The inn is clean and spacious. There is plenty of parking and rooms for a large group. We were the only guests the night we were there. A short walk will take you to a beautiful river trail / park.

We stayed at Riverpath Inn in early September of 2022. It is a lovely older home kept immaculately clean with spacious, delicately decorated and comfy furnishings. Great price value and really accommodating hosts. Highly recommend .

I stayed at Riverpath Inn for an extended period of time. I stayed in multiple rooms, each thoughtfully and artistically decorated with their own unique appeal. This place will charm both locals returning for a visit and people who are seeing Eugene for the first time. The location is ideal for people who come with a car and those who do not. There are many attractions within walking distance. The hosts are hard working, down to earth, friendly, and the place is clean.
