My favorite place to go for food when I am especially hungry. I wish they would have chorizo as an option all day instead of just during the breakfast hours. My guilty pleasure is chorizo burritos. I thoroughly enjoy the mass amount of ingredients that Qdoba offers, as well as balancing the pricing vs the amount of food you can get. The icing on the proverbial cake is that queso and guac is always a free addition on burritos. You guys will always earn my business compared to Chipotle purely because of this fact. The only downside to this particular location is that parking is not handicap accessible. As someone with a permanent disability that makes walking difficult, finding suitable parking can be difficult at time. May I suggest making more handicap parking behind the store in the back parking lot? Thank you to Qdoba and all its employees for the consistency and dedication towards running a successful business. You will continue to have my business for many years to come.

The food was Great! The service… not so much.
I ordered a beef burrito which was delicious but when I arrive at the register to pay I was disrespected time after time. First of all they plopped my burrito on the counter, she didn’t even bag it up, I bagged it up and then thanked her for her service, she ignored me. I then bought a fountain drink, I réalisés they were out of Lids so I went to the register and asked for one, she said sure while searching the cabinets and slamming each one, then telling me they’re out which was fine because she offered me another size drink which did have lids, I then said thankyou and told her to have a great day, which she completely ignored me. I asked her for her name, apparently it’s “Rémi”.
No matter what I will always love Qdoba, because of the excellent food and ofcourse Kyle, he treats me with respect, makes me feel like home and properly runs the restaurant. Kyle is great.

Easy menu and simple/reasonable price structure; walk-up and build-your-own service very similar to their pepper-named competitor. This restaurant seems like it should be a natural fit with this downtown campus location.
This was our first QDOBA location; we have visited a few times and have noticed that the dining area has been consistently untidy, the rear/alley entrance smelling bad enough to make you hold your breath passing through. Obviously not bad enough to where we wouldn't do take-away from here, but far and noticeably below the standards we would expect elsewhere and not somewhere we would chose to sit down.
Someone else commented that the staff seemed like they were high/stoned... OF COURSE they were, it's food-service and they make minimum + a large soda hourly. I don't expect any great enthusiasm from counter-staff, but yes... the folks working here are very short. Most concerning (for vegetarian etc) is the visible disregard for food safety, cross-contact, etc. At least it's behind glass so you can see what you're being served.
Like I said, this was our first QDOBA location; if we took away only our impressions from this Eugene location, I would think QDOBA was 3-star mediocre Mexican food. In travels we have come across QDOBA elsewhere and have been over-the-moon impressed with other locations. This seems to make the Eugene location this much more of a disappointment.

Ordered $50 worth of food tonight, plus a cookie, got home and ate our dinner and when we grabbed our cookie this is what it looked like. It seems this place is going super downhill recently, it used to be one of our favorite spots and the fact they even have these for sale is ridiculous.
