One of the cleanest places I ever worked. Great CNA'S to work with.

Most of the staff are extremely rude and only add more stress than needed... very upsetting it's already stressing enough to have a loved one in a home and then when you add rude staff it's just truly not a good experience and leaves you feeling very overwhelmed and stressed... definitely need to retrain the staff on how to be respectful

My experience at Marquis has been life saving. My therapists have really worked with me to get me on my feet, encouraged me to get up & going on my own. The nursing staff is excellant I've teased them they teased back, I shed a year they wiped my eyes. The food is ok but home cooked is always better.the room is clean & tired up daily.the beds are very comfortable. If you need care for yourself or family member I feel you can't pick a better place
Thank you

I completed an internship a few years ago that was a rotation between all the departments. I can honestly say that the building is full of employees who truly care about the residents and the community. I had such a good experience that I jumped at the opportunity to come back when a position became available. When I returned to the facility years later I saw so many familiar faces, showing how much the company and administration value their employees. I appreciate the opportunity the company has given me to help residents and work with such amazing people!

As you can see most of these reviews are from previous staff members of this facility. From a potential client perspective I would NOT recommend this facility. Jackie was incredibly rude and refused service to my 75 year old grandma who is post-hip replacement because she "doesn't trust" our ability to follow social distancing rules because we asked if we could bring card and dice games and my mom made a statement about not being able to hug her mother. I contacted her and assured her we would comply with their policies and she flat out said no I cannot trust you. This is an emotional and stressful time for families of aging parents/grandparents and the lack of sympathy and patience or understanding on her part is very disappointing and unprofessional given the nature of her job. We all have the same goal. Do better Jackie.
