What can I say about Ben and his team?
Well I can say that he made my purchase of a home in Eugene, while I was traversing and back and forth, on the phone, on zoom calls, etc. a complete dream to work with.
I mean, what's harder than purchasing a home when you're in another state? Well Ben was on it, getting in offers when I needed to, arranging showings at weird times on the weekend when I could drive up and being my strategic partner to get the home I wanted.
And when it came time to working through the process of closing on the home he was right there with me leading the way. I can honestly say that he's not just my realtor but I consider him a friend.
Trust me, I'm no easy customer, but Ben earned my respect and business. Highly recommend him and the team!

Ben Fogelson and his team were above all expectations and gifted me with the best real estate experience in these unstable market times.
I was a first time buyer in the Eugene area, during a very hot market and yet was able to find a great home, with unbelievable ease and unbeatable and under-market price thanks to Ben Folgelson's knowledge and expertise.
His communication is his strength, by always keeping you in the loop, always returning messages promptly and being very clear when things needs to move faster and helping prioritized the lower part of the list.
He was able to guide me into avoiding bad deals and made recommendations that ended up working in my favor.
