Very caring staff and so many fun activities for everyone. Ex: Mom insisted on a lemon with her iced tea, kitchen folks found one for her (it’s the little things that help normalize being away from home). Physical and occupational therapy folks have been wonderful too. Thank you all for your hard work.

Nightmare of a Place- Neglectful, Dirty, Disorganized
If you care about your loved one and want them to receive adequate care, please do not send them to this facility.
I am a career caregiver, and I witnessed unacceptable neglect of my family member at Green Valley Rehab.
If you want more details feel free to contact me, but out of respect for the privacy of my family member I am not posting the story publicly. I have made a formal complaint against this facility. They need to be looked closely at by a 3rd party entity, not their own little compliance line. They should be on their toes because they are going to be watched now by those above them who make the laws.
If you have a loved one who lives here, my advice would be to seek care elsewhere. It seems they do not have their ducks in a row. Particularly the evening shift people. Be wary of these nurses.
The lobby is nice, but the rooms don’t look like they are cleaned out between residents. I sat on the floor due to lack of chairs and saw so much grime, dust, and crumbs. The underside of the meal tray was absolutely filthy, with dried crusted old food smeared across the bottom.
Seriously heed my words. Look elsewhere for care. This place should honestly be shut down.

Witness a caregiver or nurse not witness or understand even with personnel telling her the woman's leg was under the wheel chair n being dragged. Disrespectful even with the client telling her to stop and just "stop". Please if your client can't be respected how do you expect me to respect you.
Edit:
Also my resident has been there 16 days n finally got a shower on her 15th. This place doslesnt care for there residents.

My mother in-law was a resident/ patient at Green Valley for almost 3 weeks she was there because she had a stroke. She did not receive the proper physical therapy she needed to be able to function and was not helped to use the restroom this place is a joke and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

To start I've been a happy employee of Green Valley for the last 25+ years. I've also been both a family member and a resident at Green Valley. My brother passed away at the facility on hospice and I saw first hand the hard work and excellent care my brother was able to receive in his last few days. The comfort to him as well as my family was the best. I also was a resident / pt. at Green Valley within the past year or so. The rehabilitation department and the nursing department both were gung ho and got me to the point I could go home. When you are at an all time low Green Valley can bring you back up with their expertise and experience.
