Great & caring place if you need a loving home for your family members. The staff, management, and ownership are all top notch & take care of your loved ones when they need it most. Highly rated.

We had a horrible experience trying to place my 93 year old Grandmother in this facility. We filled all the paperwork and toured the room, thought everything was moving along and a week later they had done absolutely nothing. The contact lady (Knox) was always out, in a meeting or sick I would get an occasional email question but when I would respond no confirmation, the sooner they are out of business the better.

(Former employee) Direct care staff were generally great but there was a tremendous amount of turnover due to admin thinking caregivers were a dime a dozen with low pay and no benefits. Care managers worked their butts off and were a great support for the nurses. Administrator was more concerned about image than substance as well as his frequent vacations. Nursing input was generally disregarded by admin when trying to remedy situations or inservice caregivers as they were not required to be certified and often were hired “off the street”.

Smells of urine as you enter the facility. The heat must have been turned up to 90. The outside smoking area was not protected from the elements. So if you wanted to smoke and it was raining well I guess you had to have an umbrella. Are so small a bed hardly the rooms. All in all because I have a friend that lives there. I gave it to you

They do a good job caring for Dad. He has dementia and is difficult at times. We appreciate the love and care that he gets.
