My mom has been living at Evergreen Memory Care for a little over a year now and I have been very pleased with the level of care she receives. Chante, the Life Enrichment Coordinator, goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents have a variety of activities to do. Some of which include exercises, games and my mom's favorite, a bus tour where they are taken for a drive and get ice cream. Although communication at times has been a little challenging and the turnover of the care providers is a little high, any concern I have had has been addressed quickly and I have never felt like my mom was being neglected in any way. Most importantly, when I ask her if she is still happy living there, she always responds yes.

A great facility for your loved one! The staff is caring and courteous to the residents and to the family. They take great care to ensure quality of life for their residents. Daily activities keep the resident's minds and bodies active. They know their residents and take time to meet their individual needs. I feel fortunate to have found Evergreen Memory care. I know my Mom is well cared for.

Evergreen is a great place. My Dad has been there for about two years. He has had dementia for almost 20 years and has lived in a few memory care facilities. Evergreen is by far the best. The staff has truly gone above and beyond with any request I have for my Dad. Also, I have noticed minimal staff turnover, which is comforting to know the same people are taking care of my Dad. The facility is very clean and the food is good. From management to caregivers the people here provide a very caring and enriching environment. Thanks for all you do Evergreen!

Over the years, my mom has lived in a few different care facilities. Once she moved into Evergreen, I knew she was home. Staff members are great and always take the time to make sure mom is happy, listened to, and comfortable. Staff members have gotten to know mom and they know moms preferences and likes.
Chante, the activity director, is beyond amazing! Chante takes mom out on walks in the sunshine, encourages her to participate in daily activities, and takes her to doctor appointments. Having mom in a place I know she is safe and loved has been such a huge weight off of my shoulders and has allowed me to be her daughter again with less worries!

I recently moved my 93 year old uncle who has dementia to Evergreen Memory Care from NYC. The facility is so clean, lovely, and the food is terrific. He is very happy and has transitioned well. All the staff are absolutely wonderful. There are two individuals I see quite often that must be complimented on their caring and loving ways. In particular, Chante the Activities Director keeps everyone so engaged with physical exercise and stimulating games that keep their minds active and alert. In addition, Aurica my Uncle's caregiver is always lovingly attentive and entirely professional. This is a special group that anyone will be hard pressed to equal anywhere.
