Compass Senior Living is a great family owned company who truly cares about the seniors, their families and team members. I would place my loved one at any of the senior living communities owned by Compass. Thank you Compass for truly caring about our seniors!

Compass Senior Living is the Best place for your Loved One to Live. They have a wide variety of daily activities, a great exercise program and provide homemade food along with many dining options. I would highly recommend choosing any of their Senior Living Communities for your Loved One.

I agree with the other reviews showing the neglect and potential abuse of clients at the Meadowlark assisted living in Lebanon. I am in disbelief as I hear how the current facility manager will tell seniors if they don't like it or have complaints that they can move out. Recently consumers have been told that if they want food delivered to their rooms it will cost them $5 per meal. The staff ratio is unbelievable as we have seen two staff members on an evening shift with 100 clients to take care of. The food is lousy. The place has amenities and rooms, like a library, a pool table area, a theater, a cafe, and an area for doing arts and crafts however none of these are used consistently or basically at all. These are areas where clients could do social activities.
Compass Senior Living isn’t does the basics for the clients that live in their communities. "There is no staff, they are untrained and when you call the owners, they don’t make any changes, overcharge, bad food. One of these google reviews is from a family member of the owner. Call the state when you have a problem, it may be the only way." I agree with this. Compass complains that they are unable to retain staff however they pay him poorly and do not support those staff. I do not understand why they are not recruiting heavily from the resources that are all around them. Also, I believe that we look at the ratios of staff to clients and the amount of staff and services that are not being given to the clients but, Medicaid is paying for it constitutes a form of fraud.
