I cannot express how happy I am with everything about my experience with Coastal Range Water. I didn't find them at first, and was trying to get help from two other places who wouldn't return my calls, missed the appointments they scheduled, and never came out at all for a quote. When I called Coastal Range, they immediately scheduled me for the very next day, and provided a ton of answers and help over the phone. I was having an issue with my well pump being set incorrectly, and I also needed a larger holding tank. They came out right away to reset the pump and assess the situation, and they fit me into the schedule within a few days to have the new tank installed. Everyone I talked with was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and super knowledgeable. They explained all the options and were incredibly thorough with everything. The prices were quite reasonable. I first worked with Coastal Range on a problem with our pumphouse. They provided very prompt service and fixed the issue. There was one small issue, when I brought this to their attention they quickly addressed it. I rarely see this level of support anymore. So later when we had a situation where we were seeing a lot of water hammer in the piping at the pumphouse, as well as bursts of air from the faucets, I did not hesitate to call Coastal Range. Andy inspected the system and determined a check valve at the well pump was the culprit. Andy and his crew came back late in the day and worked into the early evening to pull the pump and replace the check valve. Knowledgeable, prompt, and professional service. I highly recommend Coastal Range.

Coastal Range water Inc. Provided excellent customer service for our well pump issue. We were told by a local pump specialist that due to the location and type of well that we had, the pump could not be pulled and that we needed to have a new well drilled. After explaining our situation to the well driller, he very kindly called Andy from Coastal Range who contacted me promptly the very next day and made an appointment to check it out. Andy and his assistant had the old pump pulled in under two hours and stated he would be back the next day and we would have water by that evening. And we did! Andy Cobb of Coastal Range is GREAT! We have spring water and had quite a problem with the hoses and clamps and water pressure - so in effect, we had no water. Called and talked with Andy and he was out the next morning - on time. Very professional, had everything he needed in his truck, friendly, and I'm so happy with his work.
