Ordered catering and WHAT A MISTAKE. We ordered catering for 25 people They delivered fillings but no tortillas or shells. Called and said they would bring them out in 15 minutes. An HOUR AND 15 MINUTES later, they brought them. By that time the food was cold, and many people had pieced together dinner without. Tried to call back after 30 minutes but they had put their phone on cover. Contacted corporate and got zero response. We wil not use them again.
Firstly, I’d like to stress that this is a MANAGEMENT issue and NOT an employee issue. Speaking from experience as a food service worker/manager. Extremely sub par customer service. Boy at the counter lifelessly greeted me while staring into the distance. He also threw my food down onto the counter towards me when he was done. Food is lukewarm and the meat is consistently grisly. Counters were dirty and food safety seemed generally dubious. Whoever is managing this location should consider training their employees on customer service, presentation, and cleanliness. I’ve had better customer service experiences here in the past, maybe this kid is just a problem employee.
Chipotle once again messed up my order, and can't seem to fill a bowl I paid 15 dollars for. Thanks for sucking.
If there was a 0 star I woulda put that. Incredibly rude and bad service. Never had half of the stuff they’re supposed to. Do better
I’ve only been to this location once and won’t repeat that. While the online ordering and quick pickup were great, the food was not. The chips were stale, the rice was undercooked, the meat was over cooked and rubbery, and the burritos were maybe the size of a hotdog bun, if that.
