My dearest Coburg Rd. Chipotle-
You have always had my heart, but today my love grew infinitely more, and it’s all thanks to a chipotle artist named Kimmy.
Kimmy made me the most perfect order in chipotle history. I am not exaggerating when I say that this meal was fit for a queen. It had everything I could ever want: balance, all my sides, perfect ratios of condiments to rice. I have no doubt that Kimmy is changing lives on a daily basis. Chipotle is so lucky to have her!!
If you’re reading this Kimmy, please know that I’m your biggest fan.

Ordered food here through Grubhub, when I received the order I see there is no salsa, guacamole, sour cream in the Quesadilla plate(attached pic). Also I had ordered Burrito Bowl which I just received chicken in the bowl and nothing else in it(attached pic), It looked like they were leftovers. Never ordering here.

This is my third time in a row coming here and they're always out of chips 2 hours before they close.. I get off work late and love their food but I like the case and chips the best and I can never get chips.
So tonight I walked in. I asked in advance. Nope they're out so I left. I'm going to eat elsewhere. And it kind of sucks because they act like it's the norm and it's not a biggie to have a customer walk out.

I try really hard to be kind in my reviews of fast type places because my expectations aren't high in the first place.
The food at Chipotle is good. I like it quite a bit. Are they as good as going to a food truck and getting a burrito? No, not in my opinion, but you do get quite a bit for the price you pay. I like their burritos, double wrapped. Their food always tastes fresh, well seasoned, and cooked properly when I've been there. Service on the other hand...
At this particular Chipotle the service has been hit or miss. Sometimes someone friendly is helping. They smile and are happy to make whatever you like. Other times, however, there seem to be some employees who don't necessarily want to be there. No smiles, no hellos, and it feels like hurry up and get out of my line. It doesn't make me feel great. I don't like feeling rushed. I'm not slow. If I were I could understand a bit, but I order quickly and efficiently and to have an employee rush that further when there is no one else in line is a bit frustrating.
The Chipotle on Gateway seems to have much better service, at least the times I've been there.
The last time I tried to eat here, I actually ended up walking out. I'm not blaming Chipotle exactly, but I was 4 deep in a line and the 2 guys who were ordering were ordering for an entire office staff. It seemed like employees were scrambling to keep up and make enough food. I was frustrated and left. However as I said, I don't blame Chipotle per se, those folks should have probably called ahead and placed a timed order so that staff could accommodate properly.

Protein portions are about 60% of what other Chipotle locations give (a little more than half). They scrimp on everything. Even with the conservative portions, I ordered a bowl with guac, queso, and a side tortilla for $21 today. Am I crazy or is $21 per person pretty high for a burrito?
