Stopped in on January 19 around noon time. They had a sign to please excuse them they were out of food because of delivery, no lettuce gave you one spoonful of protein it was dry gave you plenty of rice and corn, no cooked veggies offer two bowls for $25 really? There’s an Albertson’s around the corner if they knew they were out of lettuce and veggies they could go there and get it
We had Chipotle cater our tailgate at the Oregon football game. The food was on time, warm, and delicious. It is everything you expect with Chipotle but an insane amount of food. We ordered the catering for 15 for a party of 11. We all had a massive lunch and had plenty of leftover to come back to at halftime. We were really pleased with all of the food and options.
We ordered food online to pick up at the restaurant (5 meals). We got there at the time it was supposed to be done and had to wait at least 10mins for the food. We got home and ALL the food was COLD. It was too close to closing to go back. Very difficult to get through the automated system to a real person in the restaurant and then I was told I would need to call their 800 number for refunds on online orders - they don't do online refunds in the store. Called the 800 number. Explained the situation and they told me they would provide feed back to the store to improve conditions in the future. They said they couldn't provide a refund for the 5 stone cold meals, but they could offer me a free drink!!! Not what I asked for, and "no!" that doesn't help the situation! The restaurant was dirty, the service was HORRIBLE (in the so-called restaurant and Customer Service), and I don't recommend this to anyone. We will never be going back.
My dearest Coburg Rd. Chipotle- You have always had my heart, but today my love grew infinitely more, and it’s all thanks to a chipotle artist named Kimmy. Kimmy made me the most perfect order in chipotle history. I am not exaggerating when I say that this meal was fit for a queen. It had everything I could ever want: balance, all my sides, perfect ratios of condiments to rice. I have no doubt that Kimmy is changing lives on a daily basis. Chipotle is so lucky to have her!! If you’re reading this Kimmy, please know that I’m your biggest fan.
We love our chipotle, however, this location it’s really disappointment and make us really angry. We went for dinner and spent 15 per person on the top of drink and chips. Beside they measured all the food amounts, and I asked for additional salsa for the chips the manager was mad and gave us the dirty look. Well, I don’t mind to pay added 2 dollars for that. Just do not treat your customers like that. It’s horrible management and customer service. I will rather go to different city to eat our favorite food. The head coordinator should do something about this. As you can see, there’s a lot of customers complaining about this. Worth to take a deeper look of the management.
